This dry body brush is made with natural sisal bristles and wood handle. A natural way to increase circulation, encourage lymphatic drainage, and smooth the look and feel of cellulite.

Use this easy to maneuver brush in a circular motion starting at your ankles, working your way up toward your heart. Your brush strokes should go toward the center of your body. Use a clockwise, circular motion when brushing your stomach. The brush should be dry on dry skin, starting with soft brush strokes, working up to stronger brush strokes. After you dry body brush, follow up with your shower and then an all natural body butter. You can do this daily or as desired, once you start dry body brushing, you'll wish you had heard of it long ago!
